COVID-19 has resulted in an unprecedented national lockdown. But, while we are unable to do installations, our factory and showroom has been given the green light to open and manufacture, albeit at 30% capacity.
All our certified Taylor sales teams are at home and working virtually so every bit of expert advice is still available to you. Just reach out to us on your preferred digital platform - Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Facebook, even Instagram. We’ll be ready to conduct a virtual consultation whenever it suits you. You can send us photos of your windows or doors or walk us through your specific requirements on a video chat. We’ll suggest the best solutions applicable to you; recommend material types, styles or colours; and guide you through the measuring process.
You won’t even need a measuring tape. Simply download Augmented Reality Tape Measure, available on both (Apple App and Google Play Stores) absolutely free, and you’ll be able to give us all the measurements we need for a cost estimate. All cost estimates submitted during this time will still need to have final measurements taken, once lockdown ends - we will also be able to install your products.
