Part of the after-sales service includes replacing cords if the break falls under the warranty terms and conditions. However, our cords are of a very high quality and would need to be replaced by a certified Taylor installer
Simply call or email Taylor and we send a representative to assess the problem. If the product is still under warranty – refer to our Terms & Conditions – we will repair it.
